diy support. with the exception of the bare essentials, there is no in-depth support. you must know your way around a *NUX server.
diy development. we don't help you troubleshoot your database or coding. not that we can't, but it's not part of any hosting package we offer.
diy backups. yes, we have automatic backups of many things, but we don't guarantee the file you just lost is one of them. please make sure you keep copies of all of your files.
in short, we're only charging you for the web space (including email, MySQL databases, etc.), and that's all we're providing. there are thousands of very good hosting providers out there that offer any service you can imagine, and they charge appropriately for these services. we don't charge for what we don't offer. and we don't apologize for it.
